Today I walked in to Royalty Jewelers and what wonderful people Nick and his wife are. My wedding ring is a 3 peice ring and one of the rings came of. I went to a local Jeweler in the area and they sotter the ring back together (last night)...when I came home I realized it was not centered. I called them and went back up there today and they said they would fix it. When I received it back it was still not right. I left there and went to Royalty Jewelers for the first time. Nick looked at ring and told me I was not crazy that it was not centered and that because the rings had been sottered before and they were different in sizes it would be a diffcult job to repair. If the original Jewelry store would of explained that to me and took some time to go over everything I would have been okay with it, but they didn't ...Nick spent more than an half hour with me and not only that he notice I had two loose diamonds and fixed them at no charge. I found a real gem in Nick and his wife and I will definately take my business here...Thanks Nick you are awesome!!
