James R. Lenhart a.k.a.Jim owns Tall Pines in Kingwood, WV as well as a trailer court (trailer park) approx. 12-15 north in Valley Point, WV that I can not find any mention of online. This landlord is supposibly a Elder in his church, but is one of the most evil individuals I have ever encountered. This guy is a pure Dirt-Bag and a terrible business owner, landlord, maintenance person and human being. He does no repairs unless your his buddy or kissing his backside if you get my drift. My reccomendation is to stay as far away from him and his stifty business dealings and you'll definitely but miles ahead, When small repairs become big repairs, it is all due to and is the results of neglect from not doing any routine maintenance nor any repairs, He will always point the finger at someone else because he and he drunk butt assistant who is worthless have to actually do a little something besides run their mouth about others, others business, lying to others to create confusion and headaches and verbally saying racist things about others.
