I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. Mr. Carter's customer service was terrible. Plus, his communication and organizational skills may be the worst I have ever experienced in a professional business transaction. As a result, we experienced months of frustration due to his lack of professionalism and inability to meet any deadlines. Furthermore, due to his dogmatic mannerisms the guidance needed to build a custom home proved challenging. In addition, we had many errors in all aspects of the construction phase. For these reasons and many more, I would not recommend or use this contractor again.
