Northeast Electrical Service was sent to by townhouse by Sears to install a gas dryer that I had recently purchased. I would have installed it myself, but I was told that a plumber needs to take out a permit with the Town to perform the install. (side note - you are paying for the permit so make sure they have the permit in hand before they install) In order to get the dryer into the laundry room, I was told that the 'trim on door jam had to be removed to install dryer'. This was OK with me because when the last time a dryer was installed, the men removed and then replaced trim without any visible evidence that it had been removed. Instead of carefully removing the trim, Northeast Electrical Service preceded to demolish the trim work on the door into unsalvageable splinters. My wife called to complain to Northeast Electrical Service but she got nowhere with a supervisor named Ken, and she told me he was very rude to her. I tried to tell Ken what happened and express my displeasure, but all Ken did was talk over me. I told him that I was going leave negative reviews and he promptly told me to 'pound sand'. Customer Service at its worst.
