I had a couple of trees go down this summer due to storms. I called and Jim came out the same day to look at the damage. I decided to have 2 more overgrown trees removed. I was given a fair price and the job was done quick. They were professional and took care of everything. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I feel so much better. I had the worst experience ever with this owner, JIm, bid my job 11 months ago, did not finish the job he bid and never returned to finish it....we walked my acreage and reviewed all trees to trim and he waited until all leaves fell and did minimal trimming and left tons of dead branches. He said he would come back and its been 11 months. I call him weekly and he said he is now too busy to get to me and I need to stop calling him or he will come to my property and damage my yard with his trucks!! Seriously? I am a widow and he took advantage of me and took my $3000 cash (only) and told me today to take a hike! Hardly an ethical man!
