Quite shocking experience, to be honest. All I wanted was a simple quote. I've called everyone else in 15 miles radius and had a very pleasant experience, with upfront pricing either posted on the web or given over the phone. Then I come to this business, which I saved for last since they don't want you calling them (go read their website, it is WEIRD). They NEED you to email them because "it costs too much to call". What? Ok, well this is odd, but let's do what they want me to do. So I've provided all the information I've given to all the other competitors in the area (exact material wanted, quantity, delivery city and zipcode) via email. They wanted my name, my home address, and TWO phone numbers before they would even quote me. When I said no, the owner went ballistic on me over the email. And I mean ballistic. Extremely rude and disrespectful, calling me names because I wouldn't divulge my name or where I live. The first email I got back, I just laughed it off a bit. It was slightly rude and way over the top. Ridiculous, really. I was surprised that a business owner would use such a language, in writing, to one of potential customers. The second email I got, well - the owner went into name calling. Also, their website has red flags all over it. The "Quote Specialists"? All fake. All the emails are answered by the same person, and the pictures of the ladies listed as the quote specialists are stock photos. Go to Yelp if you want to see copies of his emails I received.
