We dine at the Phoenix at least twice a month. Why? Because, since the start of business in their old location to where they are now, the food quality and selection has been outstanding. The different soup of the day choices, sandwiches prepared as we like it (medium rare is always medium rare) , the wine slection, and our favorite prime rib entree keep us coming back
