Apparently they are also operating as Reglaze America out of Charlestown IN and Magic Tub Bowling Green KY. I found this out when I had to Google the phone number to contact them. Six months ago they reglaze my tub. Now it's pitting and breaking through. Will attempt to contact again on Monday. I kept the tub because it's older and I didn't want some fiberglass insert. Paid extra for the longer warranty, which is immaterial as it's only been five months! Now we'll see if it is honored or just how hard I need to fight them. Luckily I have a lawyer in the family who owes me a favor.

It appears that we are not the first to have our complaints about Glaze America work gone ignored. ***Update*** This business is not a BBB Accredited Business. The company was BBB Accredtied until October, 2011. In October, the BBB contacted the company about non-compliance with a BBB arbitration decision. Rather than comply with the decision or go through revocation of accreditation, the company resigned as a BBB Accredited Business. The BBB will demand that the company discontinue the video statements that the company is BBB Accredited, since the business is no longer authorized to claim this status. Every business gets their share of bad customers, and Tim Cotes is just about the worst. Mr. Cotes thinks he can use the Internet to bully business into giving him what he wants - without paying for it. We are praying for Mr. Cotes.
