I offer private and group Pilates classes I am a 600 hour trained instructor. I work who individuals of all levels of fitness therapeutic athletic. I offer private and group Pilates classes, Pilates is for the person who wants to increase focus and concentration, have more endurance, develop balance and coordination, develop mind body awareness, prevent injuries, develop better breathing patterns and to be challenged. I also offer neurofeed back with state of the art technology that allows the Brain to achieve more balance and harmony. It has been shown affective with dealing with addictions, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, to add with creativity, and athletic performance. I also offer breath work and Psych-k. My goal in working with my clients is to help them reach their goals of a happier more productive life.
