Hi, my name is Michael Mootz , founder of Michael Mootz Candies. I started my business in the summer of 1975. My wife Debi became an integral part of the business when we were married in 1979. Today, along with our fudge, we manufacture a full assortment of incredible chocolates. Candy has always been part of my life. My father and grandmother were both confectioners.
