Yoga teacher; yoga instruction; experienced, registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Yoga instruction for adults of all ages and abilities. Approach is slow, focussed, and with attention on alignment. Classes are offered as; private, semi private, small group, and as class packages. Sessions typically begin with centering and breathwork. Standing postures and flows follow warmup postures. Individual floor postures and a final relaxation complete the practice. Classes easily can be adjusted to individual need.
