Mid summer 2015 - Kitchen remodel project. I have never before given 5 Stars to any contractor. PBC was the second to the highest of 4 bids(but when they told me things that knowone else did about my own house) I knew they were the ones to hire. Their attention to detail, quality, and especially the communication throughout the project was excellent. ALL of them were sincerely interested in our satisfaction. Once the floor was removed major structural problems appeared that we were all unaware of(My Historical home sits with-in 5in.of the ground btw). They removed the old flooring then Jay took one good look and said to his guys remove this and that and this and that and all of this, dig me a hole for a pier here and as he walked out to his truck and took off to get materials he told me not to worry "we've got this" (i was still in shock though) Then John showed up and looked and said that we will have this all fixed today and it wasnt going to cost me a dime more. They essentially rebuilt the substructure making it even better and stronger.... The entire Installation went perfectly w/attention to detail at every step. Very high quality workmanship throughout and just like i was told it didn't cost me a dime more. They even replaced my old storm door and the framing that was previously damaged around it just because they said that they came in under their figures a little. I strongly recommend that you don't hesitate to call these guys. I know i will!!! Thank you again guys!!
