Environmental Consulting and Environmental Permitting OEC is an environmental consulting firm that advises landowners and potential land buyers about the environmental limitations of a piece of property. In Florida, this generally involves wetlands and listed species, however we also deal with mitigation and water monitoring issues. We have considerable experience with the environmental permitting process both on land and with dock permitting. In addition, we provide FAA Wildlife Hazard Assessment and Mitigation Monitoring plans for airports needing that requirement.
