What We Do: The KY Deaf-Blind Project is a technical assistance project serving individuals birth through 21 years of age who have difficulty using BOTH their vision and their hearing. We are not a direct service project. Instead, our objective is to support families and existing direct services through activites such as: training, on-site technical assistance, and helping families and service providers to identify and access resources. There is no fee for our service.
