If I could give a -1,000,000 I would it doesn't even deserve one star. It deserves a negative billion stars $500 gift card they locked because calling a foreign country they didn't understand my name instead of asking my name the teller just wrote some name he thought of out of the blue so when I called to get the balance, they locked my card five months. I have been emailing them all the paperwork that they need Proof of ownership and every single time I call no we didn't receive it. How is it that you haven't received it when I emailed you my two brothers, five sisters, my mother, father, and even my own boss then I tried doing it from FedEx. They get it except for one document. The receipt which was included in every email do not buy this card. It is the worst card ever .

Filed a dispute on eBay back in November. As of now it's been four months (more than 90 days) and still no updates. I shouldn't have to wait this long. Unbelievable!!

I wouldn't deal with this company ever. Took my earned money gave me cards don't work. Customer service keeps prolonging

I will NEVER purchase another card from this company again after being given the run around for almost 3 months now on a card purchase of 100 dollars made Jan 13.
Payment was declined on an Amazon purchase on Jan 30 when we tried to use the card. Went on their web site and discovered 10 purchases made at the same time for 10 dollars to Google Play on Jan 17, just four days after buying the card. Filled out a dispute form and got a case number and did not hear anything at all back from them until Mar 22 when I was told that it will take another month to resolve.

They are having a huge issue. I do not know if they have been hacked. I have cards that have never been used and there are charges on the cards. It has started for us in the last 30 days, what a nighmare

This company sold me a defective 100.00 card at CVS - they do not have a tel number to contact . The card is defective impossible to reach them
CVS is worse 9 calls since dec 23 rd no resolve . They are so negligent
Making it impossible to resolve, will never buy another gift card again from either company .

THIS COMPANY IS SH*T!. I called for a refund sent the paperwork in September and still have not received my refund yet. DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO HELP.

This Company is Scam!!!! I purchased a card for a gift with $40 dollars on it and less than a hour of purchase it was a 0 balance. I called customer service and it took three calls for them to send a email and was told that i have 40-90 days for a investigation. The card transaction was in a totally different state!! I would not recommend this company at all!!! I do believe that the company is aware that this happens often. It is unfair that you spend your hard earn money and then told you have to wait to see if you can possibly get your money back in such a long period of time. Sad!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY!!)
My teen-daughter received a Gift Card 11/25/2019 for her birthday. She and I called the card's phone # and "activated" the card and it confirmed a balance of $50.
A few days later my daughter went shopping to use the card, and the merchant said the card had a $0.00 balance!
IMMEDIATELY...I spoke to their Customer Service and they did email me a case # and directed me to send email back with photos of the card, both front and back, as well as their filled out "dispute"form! (I emailed all of that information 12/20/19; did so again 3 times since; and to date I have received NO response what-so-ever)
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE GIFT CARD COMPANY! Very unhappy customer!
