Southern heritage bakery that does everything from scratch with fresh eggs from local chickens and real butter. Definately not fat free. Southern Sugar Company, llc is a Southern heritage bakery that specializes in recipes passed from one generation to the next. Most of them come from my Grandmother, some from my Mom, and some that I have happened upon and will pass on to my daughter Sarah. I use only the best ingredients, like eggs from my own, and local chickens....real unsalted butter and high ratio cake flour for the best results. Please visit my website at thesouthernsugarcompany.com for a menu and pricing. I also take special requests such as birthday or celebration cakes.
