The workers were careless and caused dirt, dust, and soot to ruin much of my flooring, windows, kitchen etc. After spending 400000 on our dream project Nepino do not have decency to clean the house and left debris all over. It has been 6 months we moved in the house with 10 percent pending work for which I am still begging him every single day. He took all payments in advance and did not complete over 90 percent of the work and disappeared. Stopped taking our calls and stopped answering our text, will not recommend to sign any small or big work with him, not trust worthy, find some better contractor unless you have extra money to waste on this contractor so he can screw up your project. AC do not work, Flooring completely ripped, Tiles coming off the floor, Ceiling leaks after work was completed 90 percent and he walk away with 100 percent with extra adder of 20 percent access payment.
