Abstract expressionist paintings express my passion for life and the world of nature, art, architecture, and people. Creativity through fine art, design and writing has been my primary focus for many years. Although I studied painting and other fine art disciplines in high school and college, I consider myself primarily self-taught. My primarily abstract approach is based on exploration and experience. I express my passion for life through my paintings... primarily abstract expressions of my spirit, my feelings and my joy of life. The themes of my paintings are nature, architecture, movement, and life. The choice of color combinations and visual elements such as line, space, splatters, blocking and perspective convey the emotional quality of the my paintings.
