Over 20 years multifamily layout experience. Average layout/detailing of around 10,000 sq. ft. per day. Have completed over 17,000 sq. ft. on a good day. Capable of laying out two to three apartment projects at any given time. Employ a full-time hardware crew with the knowledge, experience and all equipment required to install both Simpson and CLP anchoring systems. Stair construction is secondary if we don't have much else to do.
