I have been insured with State Farm for over 60 years. I had a mishaps with our new Sienna Van. I had to file a claim, not sure where to go, Toyota of Merrillville referred me to Crashco. The repair work was flawless, it was completed one day ahead of schedule, the rental car place was inside of Crashco and my wife loved the gift left inside of our van for us. Confused with my insurance company, they sent me to an old outdated looking garage to have my vehicle repaired, yet they sent me to Hertz Rental for my rental car, which was located directly on US 30 inside a beautiful modern, clean repair shop.?! What the heck? Is my insurance carrier not good enough to use Crashco? I did not want to chance it, so I picked up my vehicle from the "highly recommended" shop and took it directly to the shop where the rental car place was. I hope my carrier wakes up and realizes I pay a high premium, I expect to go to the best place for repair work. Thank God that Hertz Rental was in Crashco's building, otherwise, who knows what would have happened to my vehicle. Crashco did an excellent job on my car, repair work was on time, they maintained good communication, I loved the chocolates left in my vehicle and the on site rental was extremely helpful, especially with three kids. I informed my State Farm agent immediately about adding them to their so called special list. Crashco worked directly with State Farm and I still rec'ed a lifetime guarantee by using them. Just awesome! My insurance company sent us to a shop in Crown Point that wanted to charge us $115.00 to simply write the estimate. I could not believe this so I went back to where the dealer suggested us to go. Service and quality is fantastic. I really appreciated not having to play any games. Crashco made it quick and painless.

Hello readers, My name is Claudia. My State Farm agent explained to me a program called State Farm Select. This program has a supporting network that State Farm shops who work for State Farm at a special rate, and then tell us its a special list. I have news for you! I have the best insurance agent, she told me not use a Select shop, but go to her shop. I was very impressed by her honesty. In Indiana, we can go where ever we'd like to. I did not know this. So I still went to the list of shops that State Farm had suggested. I am so embrassed. I have always been so proud to carry State Farm insurance. But I must say the Select shops are old and junky. I can not believe this is what I am paying for! So thankfully I went to the agent's recommendation in Crashco Autobody. WOW! WOW! WOW! Very classy. Very nice. I was very, very impressed. Why wouldn't State Farm pay them to represent them? I left my vehicle there. I didn't even care about what the estimate amount was, I just knew this is where my 4Runner was going to be fixed. I was updated daily online. I was able to see my vehicle progress. The final product was amazing. I also learned that they are Toyota's body place. I am so glad I listened to my agent and not the pushy claims folks. Seriously, if you have had an accident you owe it to yourself to check Crashco out.
