Cajun/Island food restaurant, bringing authentic Island flavors to Killeen, TX. Everything is cooked in spices from the Islands. The food is flavorful Jazzy's Cajun and Caribbean Kitchen began over 35 years ago in a residential kitchen in the Parish of Cayenne French Guiana in South America. My Creole grandmother Gladys knew her way around the kitchen and she literally forced me to come into the kitchen, learn each and every aspect of spices and cooking and cook at the young age of 6. Says Michaela M. Collins, the owner of Jazzy's Cajun and Caribbean Kitchen now located in Killeen, Texas. I have taken what my grandmother taught me and used it to my advantage to delight taste buds from the Carolina's, where I had my own catering company all the way to Texas where I now have a To Go Restaurant and catering company.
