I ordered 2 Chi's on Dec 7th and I read in fine print where it said 9-13 days shipment with 15 days delivery. I am going to report it and have my credit card company call them and get our money back. I am so disappointed!

I'm afraid this "business" is a rip-off artist. She charges credit cards and never sends the products. There is no phone number listed on her website. I ordered a hair straightener for $85 on Dec. 16th and all the order status says is "awaiting fulfillment" with no tracking no. at USPS which her website says is the shipping carrier. I have read other complaints online that are similar where credit cards are charged and products never arrive and no one can get a hold of the company. After sending her a couple of emails saying I thought the business might be a fraud and indicating that I would report the company to the Better Business Bureau, I finally received my straightener on January 7th, 22 days after I ordered it.

This company is no company at all. If it ever was, she needs to find a new career choice. I ordered a product on 12-29-2011 and have yet to receive ANYTHING, not even a response to my email I sent to the "contact" email address. I have filled a complaint with the WV BBB and am filing a dispute with my bank. If given an opportunity to press charges, believe me... I will.
