Jeff Diebold came over yesterday and quickly cleaned my gutters. He did a great job and did it fast. He is a hard worker, good at what he does, and cleans up after himself, which many do not. He goes the extra mile to ensure he does a superior job for you. If you want him to clean your gutters, be sure and tell him to bag the leaves or you may end out with a mess. The homeowner needs to make clear what he or she wants and expects when they hire anyone. I recommend Jeff for yard work, gutter cleaning, or whatever you might need in that type of work. He uses a riding mower. So large yards would be well served. His current pricing is a bit on the high side. He did not charge me for cleaning my gutters. So I have no complaint. Got quote. Jeff set appt. Showed up, got mower out and mowed 1 strip in backyard. Stopped and looked at a side yard. Guess he decided that he didn't want to do the job. Told me I have issues but would not elaborate. He was there for 10 minutes. As he was leaving I said something to him and he completely ignored me and got in his truck and left. Unreliable, unstable and rude. Definitely not recommended!!!!

Before hiring this group, contact the BBB, we all have an A+ rating, but be sure to check his?? Be sure to get a insurance certificate from him BEFORE, start of work. As far as being cheap pricing, cheap is what you will get from a guy and his trailer. Good Luck

Jeff Diebold LIED about being insured (proof in emails). He dropped TWO branches while cutting down my tree. One caused damage to my fence, the other damaged my neighbor's house. He lied & said that the wind was so strong that it blew those HUGE branches out of my tree while he just happened to be there, in my tree, cutting branches out of it - how was he doing any work in my tree if the wind was that bad? Yeah, it wasn't windy it was just the only lie he could come up with to shift the blame so that he wouldn't have to pay for his damages.

Worked at one of my friends home, and found Priced Right Tree & Lawn would make a better plumber then a tree trimmer. The whole project & house got messed up.

Priced Right Tree & Lawn removed several trees from my property and a large tree from my neighbors property. They did a great job on both projects, and I have called them again to clear off more trees. They have the best prices around from anyone else I contacted.

Priced Right Tree & Lawn has done work on several of my rental properties. They are always professional, on time, and the lowest prices of anyone in the industry. WARNING! BEWARE OF Jeff Dibold "Priced Right Tree & Lawn Service" he told me our tree was diseased with boars and there was no cure and the tree would come down one way or another. I thought I signed an estimate because he was so nice and said he was a "christian" and he sounded so certain about it. I had a certified arborist look at the tree and found it to be completely healthy. When I called to cancel the agreement, Jeff successfully sued me today in small claims court for $719.50 and he has many similar lawsuits and the judge knows him. The judge was biased as he didn't look at my report from the arborist but only looked at Jeff's paperwork. Jeff Diebold makes most of his living suing people and there were at least a dozen lawsuits on file at the courthouse. I was wrong not to read the fine print but he held the clipboard in both his hands and asked me to sign and I should have taken the clipboard and read the fine print. Jeff Diebold told me his wife was waiting on him so I hurried and signed faster than I should have because I didn't want to keep his wife waiting. People need to know this guy has his routine down pat. He's in a hurry, blabs constantly so you can't ask as many questions. He uses Jesus Christ to gain trust. Sues you in small claims.His wife, Sheila, works at Sedgwick county. I believe they are in cahoots.

re: Priced Right Tree and Lawn Work Agreement May 25, 2014 Specifically Jeff Diebold I am a single nigh on old lady with huge medical issues and just having dealt with the failing health and loss of my mother. I really needed the trees in my yard cleaned out and the fence for my dogs repaired. I called this man, thinking he was coming out for an estimate but instead found that I had signed a “contract” stating essentially “you sign you pay” period. After consideration of this man’s age and physical conditions (a litany of which he gave me after I told him I am an Occupational Therapist), in relation to the monumental task, I opted to go with another company, costing me much more, but confident that they could do the job without mishaps. I called to cancel, and 4 days later I have received a summons for his payment of work that was canceled and he has not done. His 360 ad stating “no payment until work is complete” apparently is so not true. I’m guessing this is how he makes his money.

This man said he could build a 6ft wooden privacy fence. He didn't know the first thing about it. Couldn't even line up the holes for the posts. I had to show him how to use a plum line. He had only a shovel for the job. We had to suggest he rent an auger, which we paid for. He ended up with some of the posts only buried a foot deep. He didn't mix the cement properly and the posts were wobbly even after drying. We had to undo all his work and redo it. Thank God our neighbors intervened and are helping us build it properly. This man was very hard to get along with and argued and yelled if you disagreed with him. He calls himself a Christian in his ads which is why my wife hired him. He sure doesn't act like one or conduct business like one. Steer clear. (And hilarious that the only good review on here come from he and his wife.)
