William at Best Boy Electric is the absolute best! Being out of state we had several companies take our money without completing work on several Memphis properties. William and his teammates were a joy to work with, completed quotes and work efficiently, were great with tenants, and the work quality was wonderful. Best Boy Electric is the best electrical service company I know. We had several well known local electricians to work on our electrical system at a cost of $700.00 to find out what was causing the breaker to trip so much, as well as several bedroom outlets that never work since we built the house in 2003. After they worked on the electrical all day, it still didn't work and the breaker was still tripping. They still charged us a service fee plus labor. My wife's friend and boss recommended Best Boy Electric to us since they had recently done work for them during the holiday. We really appreciate the work they done to repair our electrical system. They came out and fixed all of the non-working outlets and replaced the breaker that was tripping in less than 2 hours. The wire going to breaker in the service panel had burned into, and one of the outlet neutral (white) wire had come a loose from one of the outlets that prevented the others from working. How simply is that for the other electricians to miss? As of now, we have not had a single electrical issue. I will recommend this company to anyone needing electrical repairs or installation.
