Designer Drapery Hardware worked with us on the curtain rods for the new office space and they were outstanding! Beautiful new rods and outstanding customer service! We used their consultation services and everything worked out great.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered custom hardware which was non-returnable. The Hardware that was shipped was not what was pictured whatsoever! Hardware could not be used because the extensions were too short. Owner refused to refund order was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. Never will recommend this company to clients or to anyone in the field.
