I just read all this and wanted to reach out from the inside for everybody to know. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The owners are very passionate and have been in the trucking business a very long time. Others may not understand this. They run their company as a family. I have been dispatching here for 3 months. I have been instructed to treat every driver fairly and I believe in team work. I have a great relationship with all our drivers. Ask any present day drivers how the present days are treating them?? All i can say is the drivers have been great. Management gives their 100% passionate support. If you were to come in today , you would see for yourself. Times have picked up here at sun express during my watch. Mr Leon

I have been with this company for nearly 18 months. I have taken on the philsophy of the owner and operations manager; we are not just a temp service, we are professsional drivers and aim to provide a professional service to fulfill the needs of our clients. I have seen first hand, in both the Northern California and Southern California offices, the hard work that the managers and office support staff put into getting work for the drivers. This service in primarily an on-call service where the drivers are ready to go at a moments notice, with driver response and arrival times anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes. I have never had a payroll check bounce. I sometimes have too many hours and not enough time due to DOT regulations. I have never been hurting for work with this company. The inexperienced Office Manager is gaining more experience and is more than qualified for his position. The Operations Manager is firm, direct, and professional. I am a Lead Driver fo this company, and I try to lead with this moto; If we do not provide quality customer service for our clients, someone else will. I have been talked to by managers of 7 ofour clients about fulltime employment aspirations, and have been offered from 2 of them. I choose to stay with this company because of the management and office personnel. If you are a no excuses type of worker, then this is the place for you. If you are a business in need of quality professional drivers, THEN WE ARE THE SERVICE PROVIDER THAT YOU NEED.

The dealings I have had with this company have been wonderful. If you are willing to work the work is there. The staff is professional, honest, and direct.

I am very disappointed with this company. The owner is very perfidious, abusive, and inconsiderate. She is far from being well versed with the California State Laws. If she didn’t have the young African-American lady working for her, she would have ran into the ground a long time ago. Hypocrisy is functioning at an extremely high level within this company and it makes it hard for us drivers to work there. There are a select few drivers that are used on a consistent basis as of late. Also it is common knowledge that she makes very racial comments towards others and makes the work environment very uncomfortable. This company summarized in one word: unprofessional.

DO NOT APPLY to this company. The owner, Bea, is completely unprofessional! She treats the drivers like crap and bad mouths them to the office staff, other drivers, and companies she is in business with. She lies on verifications when drivers look to leave her for other employment. 90% of her office staff is related to her, and they do not have the training to properly do their job. She pays her relatives huge salaries while other people actually do the job for peanuts. She fires and rehires her family at the snap of her fingers. She will lie, cheat, and steal to make herself look good. If a driver upsets her she will make sure they don't work to punish them. She is the most classless employer in the temp truck driving industry.

NEVER work for this company . I was working under cover from another company. Every one in the office is great . Brian the owner is a nice person who shows respect.The other owner Bea will treat you horrible ,she will snap her fingers at you, disrespect and share your personal information with everyone in the office . She will always complain of road dog drivers. I worked for both and all i can say she is the worst person and client you can work for.Take a chance and see who she really is. I worked as a receptionist and recruited drivers for thus company in the past I have yo say the are the WORST people to deal with. Bea Bachar the owner gives drivers a bonus if they write a good review for the company. She does have a few offices open but because she tells her drivers to do more runs than permitted by law. She shows them how not to right them in the books or have 2 books with them in case the get pulled over. One day the correct authorities will investigate and her offices will be shut for good.

THIS COMPANY IS DISAPPOINTING. I CANNOT CASH MY CHECK ON THE 1ST TRY, NOT ENOUGH WORKING HOURS AVAILABLE FOR DRIVERS AND THE YOUNG MANAGER IS TOO INEXPERIENCED FOR HIS POSITION. HIS MOTHER, THE OFFICE MANAGER HAS NO ETIQUETTE WITH PEOPLE. SHE IS RUDE AND NASTY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.
