IVFF was created in January 2011 by Mr. Julius Berry who has been in the real estate and mortgage business for over ten years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Mortgage Banker. Over the years he has seen financial/sales professionals that were not thinking about their customers' needs but their own needs and not going the extra mile to make sure the client gets what they need and keep it. So IVFF was created to make the most competitive environment possible which will get the customer the best situation possible also give them a detailed plan on how to keep them from going into default on their Mortgages, Modifications that really work, Credit Repair services that really get the client the desired score and also provide special services such as Legal Services and Business Solutions Se
