My sister and I were tasked with preparing our parents home to sell. We live in Florida and the home is in Milford, MA. We arrived in Milford on November 1, 2011 for one week. Our goal was to donate as much as possible and trash as much as we needed to make the house presentable for potential buyers. We thought the house would be on the market for some time and that we would need to make more trips to Milford. On November 2nd we met Kathy and Larry D’Amato of Upscale Resale. After talking with them and explaining what our intentions were they told us it was not a problem. They would take care of everything and leave the house “broom clean”! They sounded to good to be true. We did check two references: one provided by them and another we obtained from the person who told us about Upscale Resale. The two references could not say enough of good things about Kathy and Larry. My sister and I were still skeptical, but we liked Kathy and Larry and decided we needed to trust them. So we hired them, completed what we needed to do in Milford, and came back to Florida. Kathy and Larry did everything they said they would and more!
