I have used them to butcher a deer i harvested. The inside of his 'shop' is very clean with stainless steel equiptment, they have a walk-in cooler for storage, The meat looked like it came from the market. It was trimmed nicely and clearly marked as Steaks or Loin, it was packaged on a foam tray with a pad under it, I recommend them highly and will use them every year. Timothy Masters
