Worst experience I ever had, poor communication with their customers, and not very friendly at all. Approximately, 2 weeks after closing on my house I received a forward email from Harbor Land and Title requesting that I pay $100 administration fee that property management/HOA requested that they pay because they were careless and did not collect it at closing. When I called to complain, all I received was sarcasm, attitude, and disrespect. One of their representatives (Zahera) constantly cut me off as I trying to speak and explain the situation at hand. It took nearly 2-3 hours to close and not once did this title company inform us that there was an administration fee nor was it in any of the paperwork we received. Despite, having the information about the administration days/ weeks in advance. This company does not accept any responsibility for their mistakes and then gives you attitude when they fail to do their job. This company is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you using them to handle your closing.
