Lincoln Road Dermatology Lincoln Road Dermatology is the leading boutique practice in Miami Beach for medical, cosmetic and laser resurfacing and laser hair removal. Under the directorship of board certified dermatologist Dr. Marcy Alvarez, we specializes in all aspects of medical and cosmetic dermatology. Our office has been established for over 5 years. Before opening in Miami Beach, Dr, Alvarez enjoyed treating individuals & families in private practice in both New York City's Tribeca & Brooklyn Heights neighborhoods, as well as in East Hampton. She was the former Director of the Department of Dermatology for the Queens Community Health & Hospital Systems, training young dermatology residents and physician assistants in the diagnosis & treatment of skin conditions. She continues to hold academic and faculty positions at both Elmhurst Hospital Center and The Mount Sinai Medical Center (NYC). Dr. Alvarez has numerous publications in national dermatology journals and has co-authored chapters in medical books related to ethnic skin types (skin of color) and facial plastic surgery.
