I rented black barstools for my daughter's backyard wedding. The worse costumer service ever!!!! They delivered barstool that had wet paint (which never dried) and where peeling, exposing pink, green, and blue paint from previous parties. By the end of the party my guest had black paint on their shoes and clothes Imperial idea of correcting the problem was to send a guy with one can of spray paint all of the barstools!!!! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and after they investigated the credit card company ruled in my favor and refunded the money. Let me also add that because the credit card company refund me the money... Imperial has file a law suit against me. The delivery as per there contract was to take place between 12:00 noon- 4:00 pm - they showed up close to 7:00 pm in the middle of the rehearsal dinner. The tables where NOT in any way fine... they where wobbly and unstable. My husband had to place screws to support the tables because we where afraid that the tables would collapse on to our guest. The white dance floor was dropped off in the front yard of the house (venue). Text emergency number to find out what is going on with the dance floor. Got a response "someone will be by to install the dance floor". They finally showed up to install the dance floor at around 11:00 pm. The white dance floor was not white because it was filthy!!! I had to get on my hands and knees to scrub it clean. I also had a problem with them picking up their party rental. As per their contract it was to be picked the day after the party (Monday). After number calls they showed up around 2:00. They took everything but the tent. We where told someone would be by later to pick it up. NO one showed up.... After numerous call they finally showed up to pick up the tent on Tuesday. IMPERIAL PARTY RENTAL ruin my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding!!! SO YES I AM VERY UPSET!!!!

I love their products!!! They really have everything, I've been searching the web for my daughters 15s and they are the way to go!

I own a Party Rentals and some times sub contract this company every time I had rented from them is a issue with their merchandise their chiavari chairs are in such a bad shape that I have no idea why they havent replace it the pillow cover for the chairs are always full of stains. They dont have any type of control in the quality of their product and don't you even try to argue with the owner because he is always right. Today she even said so many bad word to me that i think he didn't have a mother figure in his house during his childhood to show him how to respect a woman. Geraldo I think you should close down your bussiness and go back to Cuba . I will never ever will do this to one of my clients we should respect every single one of them because thanks to customers we are what we are and have what we have don't you remember where you was 6 years ago. I think you should take a moment and think. If you want a nice event my best recomendation for you is to stay away for this company......

Actually there are many people giving their opinion and have their right to express their experiences. In every company there are mistakes and not think this is an exception. Otherwise other people, my experience with this company was the maximum. I have visited several and they definitely have the best prices in the market. Gretel girl who greeted me was very helpful to me, my event was not my great, she helped me around and offered me all you need. everything was left very well. I'm really happy with this company. I recommend it.

I would highly recommend Imperial Party Rentals to anyone planning any sort of party, whether it be wedding or birthday. They dramatically shaped my wedding day and I couldn't be happier. It allowed me to spend time doing other things excluding the planning, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. My best friend and maid of honor recommended Imperial Party Rentals after her good experience with them at her own wedding last year. They did a beautiful job for us on our special day. They provided friendly service, arrived on time, brought everything exactly as we had ordered, and all the items we rented looked fantastic and clean when they arrived and when it was all set up. We rented chairs, tables, and linens, as well as a canopy. Choosing the items to rent was fun too - they have a lot of beautiful items to choose from, and the quality and condition of everything is superb. We were happy that we could enjoy our day knowing that they had everything taken care of. It really helped ease the overall stress of getting the reception set up and looking grand, and allowed us to focus on what's most important - enjoying each other on our beautiful wedding day. Los trabajadores de esta compania trabajan mas de 17 horas para decirte lo minimo.... Y trabajan por unos miserable $80!! as la matematica gerardo no es ni tan siquiera el minimo de las reglas de estados unidos. No hay orden y hay tanta locura en ese warehou que dios mioooo me tube que ir. Ese gerardo es un ser despreciable aprovechador y va a oir de mis abogados muy pronto por estas y tantas otras razones. A sus clientes... les digo de corazon que tengan mucho cuidado con esta compania de es de fiar!!!
