I rented black barstools for my daughter's backyard wedding. The worse costumer service ever!!!! They delivered barstool that had wet paint (which never dried) and where peeling, exposing pink, green, and blue paint from previous parties. By the end of the party my guest had black paint on their shoes and clothes Imperial idea of correcting the problem was to send a guy with one can of spray paint all of the barstools!!!! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and after they investigated the credit card company ruled in my favor and refunded the money. Let me also add that because the credit card company refund me the money... Imperial has file a law suit against me. The delivery as per there contract was to take place between 12:00 noon- 4:00 pm - they showed up close to 7:00 pm in the middle of the rehearsal dinner. The tables where NOT in any way fine... they where wobbly and unstable. My husband had to place screws to support the tables because we where afraid that the tables would collapse on to our guest. The white dance floor was dropped off in the front yard of the house (venue). Text emergency number to find out what is going on with the dance floor. Got a response "someone will be by to install the dance floor". They finally showed up to install the dance floor at around 11:00 pm. The white dance floor was not white because it was filthy!!! I had to get on my hands and knees to scrub it clean. I also had a problem with them picking up their party rental. As per their contract it was to be picked the day after the party (Monday). After number calls they showed up around 2:00. They took everything but the tent. We where told someone would be by later to pick it up. NO one showed up.... After numerous call they finally showed up to pick up the tent on Tuesday. IMPERIAL PARTY RENTAL ruin my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding!!! SO YES I AM VERY UPSET!!!!

I love their products!!! They really have everything, I've been searching the web for my daughters 15s and they are the way to go!

I own a Party Rentals and some times sub contract this company every time I had rented from them is a issue with their merchandise their chiavari chairs are in such a bad shape that I have no idea why they havent replace it the pillow cover for the chairs are always full of stains. They dont have any type of control in the quality of their product and don't you even try to argue with the owner because he is always right. Today she even said so many bad word to me that i think he didn't have a mother figure in his house during his childhood to show him how to respect a woman. Geraldo I think you should close down your bussiness and go back to Cuba . I will never ever will do this to one of my clients we should respect every single one of them because thanks to customers we are what we are and have what we have don't you remember where you was 6 years ago. I think you should take a moment and think. If you want a nice event my best recomendation for you is to stay away for this company......
