Worst ever! I am an ADT customer, ADT hired McBride to install a light switch in my house. Appt was set 5 days in advance for 1st call at 8 am. ADT was on time, McBride never bothered to show despite ADT calling them several times. I called McBride after waiting 2 hours with ADT listening and I tape recorded the call with Brooke the manager. He didn’t apologize, was rude and he could care less that his client, ADT was waiting. Very poor business decision. Any reasonable person would have complained. McBride doesn’t have the good business sense to keep in touch with ADT and let them know they messed up or weren’t going to show up. So, if you are looking for an electrician who is a no show, doesn't communicate saying they are running late, hangs up on customers, uses threatening tones and could care less that you sit there 2.5 hours waiting for them then please call McBride Electric. McBride lost business. That shows you how smart they aren't. The good news is ADT will use a different electrician. McBride actually has done this before with ADT at my house, been a no show. Do your research. They aren’t listed on any of the good review sites like top 25 electricians in Denver, these other electricians have hundreds of constantly great reviews over the years. Shoddy business practices equals shoddy work. If McBride doesn’t care about a huge company like ADT and its customers do you think they will care about you?
