My laser is the Laserscope Lyra and is a 1064yag, therefore, can also work on dark skin and tan skin. The laser likes to see a darker hair and a darker vein, (not varicose). Electrolysis works well on lighter hair, grey and red hair as the laser does not see these colors. The upper lip cost is $50 a treatment, a regular bikini is $150, underarms $150, lip/chin combination $100. Electrolysis is $25 for 15 minutes and $37 for 30 minutes.
