Wow what a selection I was looking for a 7x16 enclosed trailer when I got there all the sales people was busy helping others so I walked through about 20 different trailers and just about the time I was confused a sales rep walked up and went through the models. I went with a Pace American customer service was great I will be back !

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and quality of trailers very terrible. Drove 3 hours based on the assurance that the trailer was is in prime condition. However mildew was on the ceilings, caulking was sloppy, and several other defects. Would NOT recommend!!!!

I would not recommend this company. I paid for my trailer in full, was supposed to pick it up 2 days ago, but after numerous attempts to obtain the address to pick up my purchase, I still don't have it, and they won't give it to me. I am also being denied a receipt for my purchase and any information on my trailer. I do not trust this company!! I have asked for a refund. That of course generated a quick response....."No". Shop around, this place is raising lots of red flags!!

Im not sure what happened with the guy below but after reading his review below I called Phils they tld me to google his name and it brought up several companies that he has blasted all over the internet so I called Haulmark and Forest River and they both told me Phil's Trailer sales is good to work with and they both told me there a top dealer for them. So I went on and purchased a trailer from them and Im glad I did I got a good deal and they even helped me unload my old trailer and helped me load up my new one thanks Guys
