I do not recommend using Rios Towing under any circumstances! They quoted one price and then charged another. When I talked to the owner, the response was rude and completely unprofessional! Choose another company if you can.

The worst experience I have ever had! Rude staff, and tried to blow me off so they could charge me for another day. Would never use or recomend. Would not pull car around, would not show mw where my car was, would not let me drive down the very dark alley to find my car. The worst company of any kind I have ever dealt with!

Terrible experience.. Staff (lady and man) were BEYOND rude. business hours were open but made me wait an hour to get my car out. The lady had a terrible attitude while i was perfectly calm.. considering the circumstances. She threw my drivers licence at me and then on the floor. Two truck broke my front bumper and refused to do ANYTHING about it. (i had just gotten it replaced the week before) which cost me ($547.13) in damages.. not including the $200 i had to pay to get my car out. Worst towing experience i have ever had to deal with!!!!!!!

ZERO Stars. Workers Fransisco and Juan are extremely unprofessional. Tried to scam me into paying another day when my car had gotten towed just a few hours earlier. After I had just paid cash and was walked to get my car, as I am trying to leave another worker blocked my car in with a tow truck so I could not leave the lot. Very RUDE, DISGUSTING, SHADY people and business. Not to mention when I called the owner she covered up for the workers and said that the blocked me in because I had not paid yet!! How would I have gotten to my car and been able to drive it out if I had not paid ?? I do not know how they are still a running service. If your car gets towed please call the cops and do not go there without the escort of a police officer.
