High intensity Russian kettlebells training that shreds fat, packs on lean muscle, and develops a heart of steel. PHKB specializes in fat loss, strength training, and movement re-education for accelerated injury rehab using a unique combination of Russian kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. We accommodate clients of all shapes and sizes, levels of fitness, and ages to help improve their body composition, performance in their other activities, and their general well-being. Our trainers hold certifications from nationally-recognized personal training governing bodies, and are schooled in the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) style of kettlebell training, the gold-standard in the strength and conditioning industry. We offer small group fitness classes, as well as private and semi-private training, and movement re-education training for accelerated rehabilitation and pain reduction.
