He has worked at The Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI, Gasparilla Inn & Cottages, FL, The Tivoli Restaurant and Pastry Shop, Rosslyn, VA, The Watergate Pastry Shop, Washington, D.C., New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier, VT and co-founded the original Foley's Bakery, Portland, ME. All baked goods are made on the premises with top quality ingredients and no preservatives.
