I placed an order for some tea on June 1st. I never received a confirmation via email, junk mail, etc. 4 weeks later I contacted the company to see where my order was. They were waiting on one item that was back ordered but would send the rest out. 3 more weeks went by, I called to find out my order went to KY because oif a wrong zip code number. My order was being returned to the company. The company had to pay return shipping and they wanted to know how I was going to pay for it. Since I never received a confirmation, I figured this was not my fault. The zip had a wrong number, could they not look up the city and state and figure it out? They also wanted me to pay for re-shipping. I asked for a refund. I finally received the refund minus $10.00 for shipping. Not only has this company lost me as a customer, but everyone I have spoken to will not order from 4AllVitiamsLLC
