AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rented an apartment from this landlord for nearly 5 years. Never had issues until move out date. Upon move out the landlord did not return texts or calls and is attempting to keep the security deposit without providing an itemized list of deductions as per ORC 5321.16. Even after informing him that landlord must return deposit or provide a list of deductions within 30 days of move out, he first lied and said he would send a list "first thing on Monday" and now 4 weeks later he is avoiding any contact. Avoid this landlord unless you want to spend your time in court fighting to get your security deposit back
