Worst customer service ever!
I took my express pants there to get hemmed… well they hemmed them alright, they also PRESSED THEM! You can't press these pants! Tag states "COOL IRON IF NEEDED". Now my pants are two-toned and the owner will not take any responsibility for their mistake. He said he would "fix" them... so I said "okay". He then yelled at me and tossed the pants across the counter at me. Really??!!! Now I am stuck with a pair of ruined $80.00 pants?? How is that fair? This company is horrible do not use them.
