My wife and I were married on July 20th 2011 in Islamorado, FL. We had flown down in December to meet with wedding vendors and professionals. We met with Michae and she was very personable. The day of the wedding she was very nice to work with, we made the mistake of paying everything up front though. We ordered and paid for a package including various picture sizes, an album for us, and albums for each of our mothers. It took over 8 months for our pictures to get on the website for us to review. (Of course we heard the standard "the cd must be lost in the mail") Finally after about 11 months we were able to get the 11x14, 8x10s, and 5x7s we paid for. Still no albums. After 12 months we pressed her and pressed her and we got the little albums for our mothers. As of today September 9, 2012 almost 14 months after our wedding we still have not received our wedding album that was paid for long ago. Michae refuses to take our calls, answer our texts or emails. I posted a review on here at the 10 month mark and Michae contested it and set us some pictures. I will continue to post on every wedding site I can find to help people not have to go through this. My wife and I paid for a beautiful wedding with all of our close friends and family and all we have to remember it are pictures taken by those friends and family, NOT the PHOTOGRAPHER THAT WE PAID and CASHED OUR CHECK.
