The absolute worst contractor in Central Florida, possibly the worst contractor in all of Florida. We hired Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction to do a renovation on the inside of our home, add two bedrooms, and build an external garage, a total project cost of more than $190k. We hired Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction in early November of 2021. As of writing this review, we fired Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction for the horrible work that was done in our home, the lying, lack of professionalism, taking more than a week to respond on multiple occasions, missing several deadlines, and stealing more than $27,000 plus dollars from our family. An example of how bad of a contractor Dena is and how bad of a business Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction is - Dena had her crew demolition the entire inside our our home, leaving my wife, three children and myself the only option to stay in a hotel for a several weeks. That's not the problem, because that makes sense since there will be dust, the issue is that then Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction sends us an "allowance sheet" and forces us to sign it or else they will not continue work. At this point we have no place to live, all of our property is in boxes and in storage, and if we don't sign the "allowance sheet" they will not finish work. The professional thing for Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction to have done would be to discuss and finalize this prior to us giving Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction any money, this way we could decide if we want to proceed with them, rather than trying to hold us hostage. Since firing Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction we have had other contractors come out to the property to quote us on home much to fix all of the really bad "remodeling" work that Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction did and every single one of them comment how bad the quality is and how much they would charge to fix/repair all of the bad remodeling work Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction did. Since we are moving forward with Arbitration and potentially a lawsuit against Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction I'll include some photos below just to give you an idea of what Dena Demor Group, LLC DBA Demor Construction considers good work and completed.
