I had a question about my appraisal. He appraised it as a 3 bedroom but it was only a 2 bedroom. I called to ask him about it. He got very defensive about it, told me I was wasting his time (he said we had been talking 15 minutes, but my phone timer said it was 6 minutes and a few seconds). I was shocked at his replies to me and told him I felt that he was being defensive, instead of telling me if I had a potential problem. He said he didn't care about my feelings and hung up on me.
