Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Experience I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent experience. Unfortunately, I must report that I was compelled to be the first to leave a review, and it is with significant disappointment that I do so. The customer service and overall bedside manner encountered were exceptionally poor. It appeared that service quality was dependent on whether the staff perceived the customer as a friend or someone with influence; otherwise, the treatment received was unacceptable. It is regrettable that a zero-star rating is not an option. While the owner, Margaret, possesses a skill, it is unfortunately overshadowed by the negative disposition of her partner. I have previously referred dozens of people to her as I observed that Margaret is capable of kindness and industry wisdom, though it seems this has not been evident in recent years. There may be an underlying issue contributing to the overall atmosphere, perhaps a negative energy looming. On the positive side, I recall a former young male employee who was wonderful; I hope he has since established his own successful holistic business. I would have gladly go into the specific event[s] leading to my candid review but for the sake of time, and decorum I have spared the details. I would never ever recommend anyone to go here.
