Richi, the owner, sold us four irons. The irons didn't work, they were pulling the hair and chipping on their first use. I called Richi and he said to send them back. I did, much to my dismay. Richi then refused to refund our money, at which point we asked he ship the irons back to us. He then claims he never received the irons. Luckily we had insurance from the USPS. We filed a claim with the USPS who then in turn FOUND the irons at... you guessed it, Richi's address! We asked him to please file a claim with the USPS if he lost the package so we can get our money back or please ship us back the package the USPS office proves he has. We even paid for postage via paypal! We never heard from him again. I'm making it my mission to let the world know NOT TO DO BUSINESS with Richi or ELLA Straighteners. They will STEAL from you.
