Wood incorporated
When you make an order they give you the least quality possible. When you order stair nosing or any kind of moldings, you would expect to get a certain color from a certain collection so it matches your wood floors, instead they give you whatever they want to get rid of. And when you complain that it does not match they give you BS excuses saying that is how it is and you don't know anything because wood is natural and not supposed to match to one another and your just supposed to play puzzle game and try to match it some how. Now their warranty! They say they back up their products. But when you want to make a claim they send an expert inspector who by the way is the owners son, yes that's right the owners son will be the one deciding weather or not you have a claim, and he is just going to tell you that your supposed to expect some damaged wood so deal with it. And to this day they have never honored their warranty. They always find an excuse not to. Another dirty little secrete. They say they do not sell to the public. Ha lies! They definitely do! The owner son and the owner tend to sell stuff to their friends or friends of friends in the back of the factory straight with discounts without even telling the office staff. Then they just tell the office staff to deduct it from the inventory and that it was sold under clearance. By the way, their product comes from china. Look on the box. They buy cheap sell high. Nothing special. They tend to lie a lot.
