Remove Porcelain Wall Tile, Water Resistant Cement Backer Board & Mold Moisture Resistant Sheetrock in Bathtub Faucet Area & Behind Toilet Wall; Install New Wall Tile. Refinish Bathtub. Remove Old & Install New Tub/Shower Head, Faucet & Tub Drain. ISSUE / DISPUTE: Shoddy & Unskilled Workmanship; Property Damage; Negligence *Floor: Floor Not Leveled- Installed Floor Tiles on unlevel floor; Uneven spacing range 3/8"-5/8": said he used fingers because he didn't have spacers; Tile Installed 3/8"-3/4" from Side of Bathtub; Dirty Trenched Caulk and Epoxy Drips In Trench; Unlevel & Lipped Tiles are a Safety Hazard; Tile not Installed over Toilet Flange and Water Supply Line; Trenched and Broken Grout; Used Silver Grout & Grey Mortar in Grout Lines; Floor open behind toilet wall & side of Face bowl Cabinet; Discovered Broken & Pieced Together Beveled Designer Porcelain Floor Tiles w White Silicone Caulk *Wall: Unlevel Tile Installation; Improper Wall Tile Installation- did not use Mortar; Installed w White Silicone Caulk which is not an adhesive; Grout on Existing Wall Tile is Gray; New & existing Designer Porcelain Wall Tiles broken & pieced together; Ungrouted Wall Tiles *Bathtub: unable to use to from April 4, 2024, to date due to rough, prickly & gritty texture; Epoxy Runs, Smears & Bubbles inside & outside of Tub, Paintbrush Hairs on Tub Surfaces *Violated OSHA safety- no ventilation- exposed me to Dangerously Toxic Epoxy Chemical fumes *Cleanup: didn't clean adhesive, smeared & spilled grout, mortar & epoxy from Wall & Floor Tiles; Trenched Caulk Tacky and Catching Dirt *Disposal: did not seal & dispose Chemically Toxic product Kit / supplies per Tough As Tile Manufacturer's Instructions- left on Bathroom Floor & Counter *Materials: Unauthorized use of Porcelain Tiles Unrelated to Job and Did Not Replace As Agreed *Emptied leftover Mortar on front patio edge & sidewalk
