Hired LRM after firing contractor that made a mess of garage build. LRM is a real professional building company. Larry, owner, is a pro and kicks butt when he gets on the job; you have to watch his team at work. Everybody is always doing something moving the project forward. They work as a team and it is all well orchestrated. Larry is a great leader and coordinator. Time management is very obvious and everything is well thought out. No errors. Quality work done in a timely fashion. Larry does super work. He's also a friendly, honest person that cares about people. Qualities you don't often find in a contractor.
