This is to inform you that I will be filing a complaint with the Simi Valley Court next week for stealing my $7,000.00 and leaving the work you had contracted unfinished and in shambles. For anyone intending to use this man, Joe, beware. He is a scam artist. He does not do what he says he will do even with a contract.

This is man is very dangerous, check by yourself put his name Joe Udon Jimenez and his phone number 805-910-6655, and there you will read so many complaints from so many victims like me. I read him in KUDZU, RIPOFF, here in YELP , MANTA and much much more. The complaints are all about money, all are the same he gets money and he never start the work but he don't return the money either . He is a professional SCAMMER. This guy has no license, I am filing a criminal case. he is a criminal, any person who act as contractor without license and get the money from the homeowner of at least $500.00 and above is committing a crime it is punishable by law, he will be arrested put in Jail and you will get your money in full. Please check AB 2237. You don't need a lawyer to file the case just go the Detective and to the District Attorney. If you will file complaint mention the AB 2237 because this law was just implemented on 2012 and some doesn't know yet about this.
